How to enroll for training

    Please note:

• a. Registration request must be submitted at least 30 days before the beginning of the training.
• b. If you don’t know your flight schedule,we recommend you list the day before the training as the arrival date and the day after the training for the departure date. Hotel reservation dates can adjusted once your flight schedule has been confirmed.
•  c. You are expected to attend the entire training. If needed, please make plans to fly out the day following the end of training.
• d. Please do not book your flights until you receive confirmation that registration is confirmed and training is ongoing

Visa and Passport

If a VISA is required and you need an invitation letter, please scan and email a copy of your passport and provide a mailing address if an original copy is required. Hotel Accommodations

Once your registration form has been received, we will book a hotel room for you based on your arrival and departure dates. TWO WEEKS prior to the training, a confirmation letter with hotel details will be sent to you.

Hotel Billing and Fees

It is your responsibility to pay for the hotel. The hotel will request your credit card upon arrival for payment of the room and any incidentals. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel the training, please contact so that we can cancel your hotel reservation. In the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show, you will be responsible for any fee incurred for your hotel reservation.

Food, Transportation and Attire

We will provide transportation between the hotel and the training facility at the beginning/end of each day’s scheduled activities. You will be responsible for organizing and pay for your own transportation to/from the airport to the hotel. We will provide lunch daily. Dinners will be on your own.

You will find a detailed agenda for each training session within this booklet. Please consider trainings are from 9 am to 5 pm, so you can book your flights accordingly. Official language for training is English.
