How to enroll for training

Please note:
a. Registration e-mail must be submitted at least 30 days before the beginning of the training. Wait to receive an acceptance confirmation e-mail in case the training is already complete.
b. Please indicate the number of attendees as well as the entire name and contact information indicating the training you want to enroll.
c. If you don’t know your flight schedule, we recommend you list the day before the training as the arrival date and the day after the training for the departure date. Dates can be adjusted once your flight schedule has been confirmed.
d. Please note that you must plan to attend the entire training; it is not acceptable to depart early from training. If needed, please make plans to fly out the day following the end of training.
Visa and Passport
If a visa is required, please scan and email a copy of your passport and provide a mailing address if an original copy is required. Hotel Accommodations
When your e-mail registration form has been received, we will book a hotel room for you based on your arrival and departure dates. A room will be held in your name. Two weeks prior to training, a confirmation letter with hotel details will be sent.
Hotel Billing and Fees
It is your responsibility to pay for the hotel. The hotel will request your credit card upon arrival for payment of the room and any incidentals.
If you are unable to attend and need to cancel the training please contact Systelab Technologies (see above for names and email addresses) as soon as possible in order to cancel your hotel reservation. In the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show, you will be responsible for any fee incurred for your hotel reservation.
Food, Transportation and Attire
We will provide lunch daily.Dinners will be on your own.We also provide transportation between the hotel and the training facility at the beginning and end of each day’s scheduled activities. Transportation will be paid by attendees. The dress code is business casual.

These sessions have been carefully developed to address your training needs.A lot of time and energy has been invested into developing each training session. Class sizes are limited to a small number of people (5-6) to allow the training to be thorough and effective.Please be aware of the expectations:
- You are expected to attend the entire session. If you cannot find an airline flight that leaves late enough on the last day of training, please make arrangements to leave the following day.
- Cancellations: If you cannot attend the training please let us know as soon as possible. There is often a waiting list and someone else may be able to attend.See below for contacts.
