How to book your participation to training

As previous years, the registration process to Application and Service Trainings is handled with Eventbrite. You can enroll for training, simply clicking on the button “Register to event” in this website and you will be automatically addressed to the Eventbrite application form. After registration, you will receive an acknowledgment, as well as a final note, as soon as the training is confirmed.

How to book your hotel

As soon as you register to the training, please remember to arrange your hotel reservations directly. We suggest the following hotels located near Werfen offices, where, excluding some limited exhibition periods, you may take advantage of Werfen corporate rates. Just refer to Werfen Agreement while booking your room by e-mail.

Agenda

The detailed agenda of each training is available with each training description, please check carefully the agenda to verify starting and ending time, so you can book your flights and stay accordingly. The official language for the trainings is English with the exception of training courses held in Moscow, where official language is Russian. Dress code is casual/business casual.

How to reach Milan

Check your itinerary on google maps. Should you use a car to reach Milano, we offer the option of using our parking to leave your car and avoid paying expensive hotel parking. In Milano, you can benefit from an extensive network of public transportation; one trip ticket cost € 2.10; “carnet” (10 tickets) cost € 19.50. You can purchase tickets at subway stations, at newsstands and in some bars. More information on the public transportation is available here:

From Milan Malpensa International Airport

By bus

Every 20’ (40‘ to downtown - € 10.00). Buses leave from the platform located outside the Arrival Ground; final destination Stazione Centrale/Central Station (Green Line).

From Milan Linate International Airport:

All buses leave from Arrival Floor from 06:05 AM to 11:45 PM.

Starfly buses

Go directly to Stazione Centrale/Central Station (Green Line) and leave every 30’. Ticket costs € 5.00.

ATM bus

# 73 Go to Piazza San Babila (Red Line) and leave every 10’. Ticket costs € 1.50 and is also usable in the subway.

By taxi
