How to enroll for training in USA and Spain
1. Go to the Inova Diagnostics website: www.inovadx.com and log onto the Partner's Portal.
2. On the first screen you will see a list of classes. Click on the title of the class in which you would like to register and you will be directed to the online registration form.
Please note:
a. Registration forms must be submitted at least 30 days before the beginning of the training.
b. You must fill in all required fields to be registered.
c. If you don't know your flight schedule, we recommend you list the day before the training as the arrival date and the day after the training for the departure date. Hotel reservation dates can be adjusted once your flight schedule has been confirmed.
d. Please note that you must plan to attend the entire training; it is not acceptable to depart early from training. If need be, please make plans to fly out the day following the end of training.

Visa and Passport
If a visa is required, please scan and email a copy of your passport and provide a mailing address if an original copy is required. Hotel Accommodations
Once your registration form has been received, we will book a hotel room for you based on your arrival and departure dates. TWO WEEKS prior to the training, a confirmation letter with hotel details will be sent to you. Please do not book your flights until you receive confirmation.If you need more advanced notification, please contact Susan Copple or Sun Lee.
Hotel Billing and Fees
It is your responsibility to pay for the hotel.The hotel will request your credit card upon arrival for payment of the room and any incidentals. If you need to cancel this training, please contact us so that we can cancel your hotel reservation.In the event you cancel your trip without notifying Inova Diagnostics with sufficient time to cancel your hotel reservation, Inova Diagnostics will debit the first night of your stay to your company.
Food, Transportation and Attire
We will provide lunch daily. We also provide transportation between the hotel and the training facility at the beginning and end of each day's scheduled activities. Dinners will be on your own. The dress is business casual. Intensive IIF Training classes require clothing suitable for a laboratory. Do not wear open toe shoes or sandals.

You will find detailed agenda for each training session within this booklet.
These sessions have been carefully developed to address your training needs. Class size is limited to a small number of people to allow the training to be thorough and effective. A lot of time and energy is put into developing each training session. Please be aware of the expectations:
- You are expected to attend the entire session. If you cannot find a flight that leaves late enough on the last day of training, please make arrangements to leave the following day.
- Cancellations: If you cannot attend the training please let us know as soon as possible. There is often a waiting list and someone else may want to attend. See below for contacts.
